Multi-Territory Avails Tracker
Pre-formatted spreadsheet for tracking content availability windows across territories. Includes conditional formatting, date validation, and territory code reference.

What’s Included
This template gives you a production-ready avails tracker with:
- Title Master Sheet — Central list of all titles with metadata (EIDR/ISAN, genre, year, rights holder)
- Avails Grid — Territory × window matrix with start/end dates and exclusivity flags
- Territory Reference — ISO 3166-1 codes with common regional groupings (Latin America, Nordics, DACH, etc.)
- Window Types — Pre-configured columns for Theatrical, SVOD, AVOD, FAST, Pay TV, Free TV, EST, VOD
- Conditional Formatting — Green for available, red for held, amber for expiring within 90 days
- Date Validation — Prevents invalid date entries and flags overlapping windows
How to Use
- Start with the Title Master sheet — add your titles and metadata
- For each title, fill in the Avails Grid with territory/window combinations
- Use the dropdown menus for territory codes and window types
- The conditional formatting automatically highlights upcoming expirations
- Filter by territory, window type, or availability status
Customization
- Add or remove territory columns to match your distribution footprint
- Modify window types to match your deal structures
- Adjust the expiry warning threshold (default: 90 days)
