2. Identifier Validation (8 points)
- EIDR or ISAN identifiers present and valid (checksum verification)
- No duplicate identifiers across titles
- Season/episode numbering consistent for series content
- Production company identifiers matched
3. Territory & Rights Consistency (10 points)
- ISO 3166-1 territory codes used consistently (no mixing of alpha-2 and alpha-3)
- Regional groupings match contractual definitions
- Rights holder chain documented for each territory
- No overlapping exclusive windows for same territory
4. Date Format Standardization (7 points)
- All dates in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD)
- No ambiguous date formats (MM/DD vs DD/MM)
- License start/end dates present for all active rights
- Expiry dates validated against current date
5. Data Integrity (10 points)
- No orphaned records (titles without rights, rights without titles)
- Cross-references between master title list and avails grid consistent
- Revenue data reconciled against platform reports
- Version history maintained for rights modifications
