What’s Included

How to Use
- Add one row per contract in the Register sheet.
- The Score column is
COUNTA(A:K) / 11 × 100— equal weight per field. - Status flags OK (green), WARN (amber), or FAIL (red) based on the score.
- Sort descending by Status to work through the worst ones first.

Common Pitfalls
- Equal weighting isn’t equal importance. A missing MG is worse than a missing holdbacks field. Adjust the formula (weighted score) if you want to penalize certain gaps harder.
- Counting blanks only. The template checks presence, not validity. A “Term End” of 1900-01-01 counts as present. Layer the Contract Metadata Audit on top for field-level validation.
