How to Use
- Add a row for every live opportunity — one deal per row (even if the same buyer is negotiating three titles, keep them as separate rows if terms differ).
- Update
Stageas deals move. The Stage Definitions tab documents exit criteria for each stage — don’t inflate a Pitched deal to LOI without a signed LOI document. Probability %defaults to the Stage Definitions values but you can override per deal (a 75%-probability Pitched deal with a verbal commitment from the head of acquisitions is honest; a 40% Pitched deal is the starting point).- Use the
Paste Generic Avails Heretab to confirm the rights exist before quoting. If the pipeline says “Sky UK Pay TV 2026-06-01 through 2028-05-31” but the avails tab shows the UK Pay TV right is already sold to a competitor, you catch it before the pitch goes out.
